Overview:
Dundrum Town Centre is the largest-ever commercial development in Ireland and one of the most comprehensive suburban regeneration schemes ever undertaken in Ireland or the UK.
During peak construction there were 100 management personnel as well as an on-site workforce of 1600.
Incorporated into the 17 acre site is a 281,747 m2 structure including:
- 90,000 m2 retail area
- 12-screen multiplex cinema
- 23,000 m2 office space
